What are you going to do?

As a Vision Engineer, you are involved in the development and application of high-quality vision systems in a high-tech machine building environment on a daily basis. You do this in multidisciplinary teams and you are constantly looking for new opportunities together with your colleagues. You are able to develop, build and commission an inspection system from scratch to delivery. You draw up specifications with the customer and guarantee them during the project. This includes all aspects; including software, hardware, electrical, physics and data management.

You conduct research into the application and testing of new vision & sensing technologies. As a Vision Engineer you are creative, communicative and analytical by nature. The main tasks in this position are:

  • You have knowledge of Halcon and various Vision libraries;

  • You have knowledge of optics (lenses, focus, working distance, etc.);

  • You have experience with vision systems and image processing;

  • You have knowledge of statistical analyses;
